Potato Chip Cookies Recipe

Never make more tasty and intriguing chocolate chip cookies than these potato chip cookies. They're not potato-flavored. Color and texture from potato chips make the dark chocolate cookie enticing.

– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup very soft unsalted butter (2 sticks) – 1 cup white sugar – 1/2 cup light brown sugar – 1 large egg – 2 tablespoons milk – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 2 cups lightly crushed potato chip – 1 cup dark chocolate chip
