Irish Soda Bread Recipe

I got this Irish soda bread recipe from my mother, Agnes Walters. Sour cream makes it juicy and lasts several days.

– 4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup white sugar – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 pint sour cream – 1 cup raisin – 3 egg

Set the oven's temperature to 325°F, or 165°C. Line two 8x4-inch loaf pans with grease.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix sour cream, raisins, and eggs just until mixed. Place batter in prepared pans equally.
