Irish Soda Bread Recipe

I got this Irish soda bread recipe from my mother, Agnes Walters. Sour cream makes it juicy and lasts several days.

– 4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup white sugar – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 pint sour cream – 1 cup raisin – 3 egg

It is recommended that the loaves be baked in an oven that has been preheated for one hour.
