Delicious Brownie Bites Recipe

These homemade brownie bites are perfect for lunchboxes and potlucks because they're fudgy in the middle and chewy around the edges.

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled (115 grams) – 1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams) – 2 large eggs at room temperature – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – ½ cup all-purpose flour spooned & leveled (65 grams) – ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder natural or Dutch process (45 grams) – ¼ teaspoon salt – ½ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips (90 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). A 24-count mini muffin pan can be lined with mini parchment paper or regular liners.

Step 2

Mix melted butter and sugar in a large bowl. Just combine eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix in mini chocolate chips.

Step 3

Give 24 mini muffins a little over one tablespoon of brownie batter.

Step 4

Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs, 12–15 minutes. Cool brownie bites on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes in the pan.

Step 5

After carefully removing from the pan, cool brownie bites on the wire rack. Peel regular liners instead of parchment while warm.
