Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). A 24-count mini muffin pan can be lined with mini parchment paper or regular liners.

Mix melted butter and sugar in a large bowl. Just combine eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix in mini chocolate chips.

Give 24 mini muffins a little over one tablespoon of brownie batter.

Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs, 12–15 minutes. Cool brownie bites on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes in the pan.

After carefully removing from the pan, cool brownie bites on the wire rack. Peel regular liners instead of parchment while warm.
