Cinnamon Sugar Brie and Apple Grilled Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tsp cinnamon– 2 tsp granulated sugar– 4 slices thick white bread– 1 ½ Tbsp unsalted butter– 1 Honeycrisp apple (or apple variety of your choice), thinly sliced– 4 oz. brie cheese, thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Butter one side of all four bread slices. And generously sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture on each.
Step 2

Mix sliced apples with remaining cinnamon/sugar. Put bread butter-side down on a grill pan over medium-low heat and top with brie.
Step 3

Cover two slices with cinnamon-sugar apples and sandwich brie-only bread with them.
Step 4
━━━━━━━━━━━
Press down with a spatula and grill bread for 2 minutes until golden. Turn sandwiches and cook for 2 more minutes until golden and cheese melts. Slice and serve!
