Starbucks Grilled Cheese Recipe

Are you addicted to Starbucks' grilled cheese? The Starbucks Grilled Cheese copycat recipe is easy to make and uses white cheddar, mozzarella, and garlic parmesan butter!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ Tbsp salted or unsalted butter, softened – 1 Tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese – ⅛ tsp garlic powder – Pinch salt, if butter is unsalted – 4 slices sourdough bread – 2 oz sliced white cheddar cheese – 2 oz sliced mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix softened butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt (if using unsalted butter).Heat a large skillet or griddle on medium-low.

Step 2

All four bread slices should have butter mixture on one side. Put cheese on two unsalted slices of bread. Place remaining bread slices butter-side up.

Step 3

━━━━━━━━━━━

Turn sandwiches golden brown on griddle or skillet for 5 minutes. Flip and cook sandwiches until second side is golden and cheese melts.Slice and serve.
