– 2 tablespoons butter – 1 onion, chopped – 1 tablespoon minced garlic – 2 cups mashed potatoe – 2 large egg – ¼ cup all-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Melt butter in a skillet on medium. Add garlic and onion; heat and stir for 5–7 minutes until soft.

In a sizable basin, thoroughly mix the onion combination, mashed potatoes, eggs, flour, salt, and black pepper.
