Monsters' Anime Does The Sword God's Story Justice

Ryuma's story is enjoyable without One Piece Easter eggs. The brilliant animators quickly make Ryuma lovable and rootable.

There aren't many, but the manga's flowing and powerful action scenes are slightly enhanced, and the Japanese voice cast brings the characters to life.

It will feel like you've known the characters for longer by the end of the special, and viewers will want to see more of Ryuma's exploits in ancient Wano.

Monsters is one of Eiichiro Oda's approximately half-dozen short mangas from before One Piece, included in WANTED!.

While Ryuma's design and character felt like a prototype of Zoro, WANTED! has brief manga stories about several other One Piece characters.

After E&H Production's successful Monsters: 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation, it will be exciting to see what Park Sung-Hoo and his amazing crew do with more Oda stories.
