Cubing method: Cube 12–15 small pieces of cream cheese from the package. Let cubed cream cheese sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.

WITH WARM WATER: Place the sealed cream cheese package in warm water for 10–15 minutes. Opened cream cheese should be sealed in a ziplock bag before adding to warm water.
