With cheap ground beef, these Ground Beef Stir Fry Noodles are a great way to feed a lot of people. Do not use fancy store-bought sauces. Very healthy, full of protein, and easy to make!

– Vegetable– 1 White Onion– 0.5 Red Bell Pepper– 1 Cup Cabbage– 0.5 Cup Carrot– 1 Tablespoon Garlic– 1 Tablespoon Ginger– Sauce– 1 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce– 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce– 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil– Optional Ingredient– 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce– 2 Tablespoons Oil Neutral Smelling– 0.5 Pound Ground Beef (200 g– 0.5 Pound Noodles (200 g)

Get vegetables ready. Save all of the chopped vegetables.

Make the sauce. In a bowl, mix together light and dark soy, sesame oil, and chili sauce.

Make stir-fry
Turn on high the wok or deep fryer. Fry the ground beef until it's done. The pink should turn brown. Set aside.

Warm the oil up until it almost smokes. You should stir-fry the garlic and ginger until they get a little darker. Don't set this stage on fire. Just a moment!

For 20 seconds, stir-fry the onions. Cook the rest of the vegetables in a stir-fry until they are dry and a little browned.

Add the beef and stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry the noodles until they are covered and starting to get a little crispy. If you want, serve with green onions.
