Easy Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

– 2 cups unsweetened milk  – 3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon ground pumpkin pie spice – ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1-2 Tablespoons sweetener – 2 shots espresso Topping: – Whipped cream – Ground cinnamon

Blend everything together and adjust the spices to your liking. Pulse ingredients. Keep the latte mix in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge. if not immediately used.

If you want it hot right away, heat the first 6 ingredients in a small sauce pan or microwave.

When ready, shake it. Heat 1/2 cup of latte mix in your coffee mug in the microwave or in a small pan on the stove to make a hot latte.
