This vegan, healthy Chia Pudding makes a great breakfast ahead. This sweet and tasty treat can be made in 5 minutes with 4 base ingredients and customized to your diet and taste preferences. The family will love it.
Ingredient
– 2 tablespoons chia seed– 0.75 cups Coconut Milk– 2 tablespoons coconut sugar– 0.13 teaspoon ground green cardamom or ground cinnamon– 0.5 banana – peeled & sliced,fruit– 1.5 to 2 strawberries – sliced– 1 teaspoons pine nuts or any nut

Chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut sugar, ground green cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla extract should be split between two glasses.

Mix until coconut sugar dissolves. Spoon-break any lumps.

Cover and refrigerate the glasses for 2 hours or overnight.

Take the glasses out of the fridge after two hours.
Break any lumps and stir again. Probably thickened pudding.

Sprinkle nuts and chopped fruits on top. Serve Chia Pudding now.
