Breakfast Sausage Casserole Recipe
On Christmas morning, my mom made this sausage breakfast casserole, which everyone loves. It's beefy, cheesy, and delicious.
– 1 pound ground pork sausage
– 1 teaspoon mustard powder
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 4 large eggs, beaten
– 2 cups milk
– 6 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cube
– 8 ounces mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

In a medium-sized skillet, crumble the sausage. Cook until uniformly browned over medium heat; then drain.
