INGREDIENTS

– 7 eggs, hard boiled– 4 oz. plain Greek yogurt– 2 avocados, peeled and pitted– 2 stalks celery, chopped– 1 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped– Hot pepper flakes to taste– ½ tsp salt– Good bread (toasted if desired)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1

Put the Greek yogurt and peeled hard-boiled eggs in a large bowl and mash them up. Add pepper and salt.
Step 2

Use a different medium bowl to mash the avocado.
Step 3

Add chopped celery and spinach to the bowl with the mashed egg and mix them together.
Step 4
