Cool beverages may look contemporary, yet they originated in Venice hundreds of years ago! Sgroppino-style Prosecco cocktails with lemon sorbet and Vodka whipped till frothy are bright and tangy.
Ingredient
– 1 ½ ounces Vodka– ⅔ cup lemon sorbet– 3 ounces Prosecco– Lemon peels, for garnish (optional)
Direction
Whisk the vodka and lemon sorbet together quickly and hard in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth but foamy.

Put the mixture into two wine coupe glasses, and then pour the Prosecco on top of it.

Place a lemon peel on top, if preferred, and serve the dish as soon as possible.
