COLD READING WORKSHOPS for TEENS

These classes are for the intermediate to advanced young actor between the ages of 12 and 17 years, who want to fine tune their auditioning techniques, and work with other professional actors.The classes are taught in a positive, fun, energizing environment allowing the actor to fully explore their creative side.

Group Improvisations-both physical & verbal
warm-ups to help you become more flexible & take direction quickly

A/B scenes with Vocal Improv
finding your objective, working with an obstacle, establishing a relationship

Understanding Subtext
repeating the same line with a different subtext each time

Cold Reading scene with a partner
Using 8 Basic Steps, you will break down your scene quickly. You then will work the scene with a partner in front of class.
